Buying his first saw at age 12, Paul’s 30 years of experience in the artistry and proficiency in master woodworking has helped him become one of the leading millwork experts and cabinet builders in the US. For the last decade, Paul’s former brand, Kropp Woodworking, produced internationally sought-after fine luxury signature custom kitchen cabinets, furniture, and countertops, and was the avenue through which Bob and Paul formed the ideal partnership of Bakes and Kropp luxury kitchen and cabinet design.

Mike brings over 25 years of management experience to Bakes and Kropp. He ensures daily functions across the workshop and production team are operating efficiently. He strongly believes in the value of people and process, stating that “our values are palpable, and every opportunity is a learning moment.

Joyce’s creative background has become the foundation of her successful marketing strategy for 12+ years. She also brings extensive knowledge in business development by creating beneficial cross-marketing strategies with other like-minded brands in the US leading home and kitchen remodeling design industry professionals. Her genuine passion for people & renovation drives a desire to create the ultimate customer experience.

Shannon brings nearly 25 years of accounting expertise to the team. She continually evaluates the accounting processes while ensuring that transactions comply with necessary policies, and leads a team of accounting support staff. Her favorite part about working at Bakes and Kropp are the values that define BK at it’s core.

Amy brings 8 years of industry experience in purchasing and inventory. She delights in sourcing the highest quality luxury materials for Bakes and Kropp signature custom cabinets.  “It really is an extension of family for me and that brings out the best in each of us in our daily operations.” In her free time Amy enjoys the outdoors in her hometown state of Michigan; fishing, boating, kayaking, and hiking.

Pablo is our go-to guy to get the job done! With over 20 years of construction experience across the United States, he brings an elevated level of overall project planning, time management, along with managing our in-house custom cabinetry installers. In his downtime, he enjoys exploring new dog-friendly areas with his wife and kids.

Jeff brings 13 years of engineering experience to Bakes and Kropp. With industry-leading software he translates our kitchen designers’ drawings into precise production shop drawings. What he admires most in working with the Bakes and Kropp team is the honesty and care for the well-being of all employees, and client satisfaction.

Bill is a true craftsman, an artist of woodworking for Bakes and Kropp. His legendary 42 years of experience is highly respected in the industry. Bill is involved in every project selecting the finest materials, and demonstrating signature techniques to the staff with a smile.

Jaime has a combined 22+ years of experience managing specialized teams to ensure the highest quality in manufacturing. Her attention to detail in custom cabinetry is unmatched in the industry, along with making sure deadlines are met. She is a pillar of positivity in our work environment and treats everyone like family.

Donny’s hardworking nature has catapulted him into a managerial role with Bakes and Kropp. His craftsmanship is an integral part of the quality that goes into our product, and he enjoys turning new boards into furniture grade luxury, signature custom cabinets.
