  • Experienced Wood Finisher

    Our experienced wood finishers are a part of the creation in defining high qualify craftmanship.

    We provide an environment that allows individuals to sharpen their skills, learn new techniques, and excel in their field.

    Our ideal candidate would bring the enthusiasm, passion and willingness to learn our wood finishing methods along with your prior knowledge to be a part of a team in the creation of each piece of fine cabinetry.

    Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for an Experienced Wood Finisher from professionally gained experiences in the trade or a passionate hobbyist of wood crafting. What we would like from you is the enthusiasm, willingness and professionalism to learn our methods in the creation of each piece of fine cabinetry, including but not limited to the following:

    A motivated and energetic individual that is looking to further your career while working with a team of finishers, gaining additional knowledge and education of the trade.

    Must be teachable! Even if you are experienced, everyone stepping into this role must learn our step-by-step methods. You must be able to receive instruction, try hands on, keep improving from the feedback given and then learn our next steps. We want you to show us how you can apply your previous experience with our methods.

    Understanding that while our processes must be followed to maintain our level of fine cabinetry, we still encourage your feedback as well.

    Someone that is looking to take their career to the next level of professionalism by always demonstrating positivity with a can-do attitude.

    You must be adaptable, and receive positive constructive criticism daily.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills are highly important.

    We look for those that can demonstrate: reliability, dependability, and accountability.

    What you will do and what is required:

    You will apply the steps of finishing from sanding, prepping, staining and spraying including dyes, stains, glazes, catalyzed finishes and paints as you work up to custom color matching and specialty finishes.

    You will read and interpret cabinetry prints and work orders.

    Have the effective skills in coordinating timing, as you learn to follow blueprints and organizational processes per job order.

    Learn to successfully coordinate pieces of cabinetry as they rotating among the areas of the finishing department.

    Successful candidates will be learning each step of utilizing finishing tools and techniques involving all phases.

    You must have the mindset to learn our methods of finishing. This will directly pertain to our high-quality standards that we must uphold as our commitment to our client base. This process will include continuous daily feedback as you learn our processes. We are looking for a teammate that has the ability to positively accept this feedback.   • Our experienced cabinetry woodworkers define high qualify craftsmanship.

    We create an environment that allows individuals to sharpen their skills, learn new techniques, and excel in their field.

    Our ideal candidate would bring full woodworking experiences from reviewing and analyzing shop drawings and blueprints, preparing and operating the machinery and tools, and the creation of each piece of fine cabinetry.

    Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for an Experienced Custom Cabinetmaker / Woodworker from professionally gained experiences in the trade or a passionate hobbyist of wood crafting furniture and cabinetry. What we would like from you is the enthusiasm, willingness and professionalism to learn our methods in the creation of each piece of fine cabinetry.

    What you will do and what is required:

    Operations of table saws, planer, band saw, router, wide belt sander, panel saw, trac saw, chop saw and all basic hand tools.

    Have the ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.

    Demonstrate the ability numerically with precise measurements and cutting.

    Detail oriented with the ability to follow exact instructions as set forth per custom job.

    Trim carpentry skills.

    Ability to use a pallet jack, forklift and other assisted machinery.

    The ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    Punctual with excellent attendance.

    Respectful, detailed and continuous communication among the team.

    Forward thinker with daily planning and organization ability to meet timelines and quality expectations.

    Other qualities such as woodworking for a personal hobby and a passion for excellent craftsmanship.

  • Our Senior Kitchen Sales Designer role defines the first stage of innovation and luxury cabinetry that we are proud to present to clients.

    From the vision, to design creativity, then production, our entire process is thoroughly managed as we strive to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship. As materials are very carefully selected, it is our goal to exceed expectations. Designers create the customer vision.

    Who we are looking for:
    We always look for excellent talent and experience in Kitchen and cabinetry Sales and Design at any of our showroom locations. The best fit candidate would be a kitchen salesperson at the top of the industry with experience in prospecting, sales, and kitchen and bath design.

    What you will do and what is required:
    Our Sales and Design team take warm leads and prospects through the sales process with showroom tours, detailed discussions of options and site visits. They will then be responsible for designing the projects using AutoCAD and Mosaik/2020, and guiding the project through to completion.     All Cabinetry is made in the USA at our Michigan Workshop. You will work closely with our shop to ensure your designs meet your client’s expectations. We work hard to deliver our high-quality cabinetry on time and when issues arise, we solve them quickly to avoid them escalating to big problems.

    Training:
    While we are looking for an experienced candidate, we do provide training for our Kitchen Designers. This includes formal training in the showroom, peer shadowing and shop tour and training in Michigan.

    The ideal candidate for this position would:
    • Have extensive experience in the cabinetry market
    • Be a highly experienced Kitchen Designer
    • Be proficient in 2D AutoCADLT
    • Have some experience with 2020, • Cabinet Vision or Mosaik
    • Be confident and thoughtful.
    • Have a positive attitude

    • Enjoy working as a team as well as on their own
    • Be a strong communicator through both email and oral communications
    • Able to manage multiple projects
