Celebrating our Flagship NYC Showroom with Galerie Magazine

At Bakes & Kropp, we love the opportunity to meet with clients in our showroom spaces. Connecting and collaborating directly with homeowners and working together to realize their dream kitchens is a core pillar of our work here at Bakes & Kropp.

Our team has been working in New York, a city where trends come and go, for ten years now, and our classic designs ensure that our creations will stand the test of time; however, it was time to make a move to a bigger, more sophisticated showroom. To celebrate the unveiling of our flagship showroom, we hosted a grand opening event on Thursday, April 4th with our longtime partners at Galerie magazine.  Situated in the prestigious Architects & Designers Building (A&D) at 150 East 58th Street, a space known for kitchen excellence, the night celebrated design, craftsmanship, and innovation.

The event served as an ode to luxury living, welcoming esteemed guests and industry insiders to explore and interact with our new space. As attendees entered the fourth-floor showroom, they were greeted by a symphony of design, where elegance and functionality intertwine seamlessly. Bob Bakes, our Co-Founder and Head of Design, expressed his excitement about the move, calling the showroom a “lyrical space,” emphasizing its role as an inspiring hub for designers and homeowners alike in the tri-state area. Every element - from the craftsmanship to the innovative design solutions - spoke to the brand's ethos of combining functional design with timeless beauty.

The new showroom is a testament to our dedication to innovation and creativity. Spanning double the size of the previous space, it features eight meticulously curated displays, each showcasing our style. From signature Soft Modern style in brilliant new finishes to timeless Classic in rich hand painted looks, the space invites clients on a tailored journey into the world of Bakes & Kropp, exploring elegantly designed kitchens, wine rooms, dressing areas, and more.

As the evening drew to a close, it was clear that the showroom had set a new standard for luxury kitchen design in New York City. With its prime location in the A&D Building and an unwavering commitment to excellence, our team continues to redefine fine cabinetry and elevate the art of living. For those who missed the event, the showroom remains open, inviting designers, homeowners, and aficionados alike to experience the epitome of luxury kitchen design firsthand.
