At the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach, our team delivered a twist on the classic white kitchen to reflect a transitional Mediterranean sensibility that seamlessly complements the historic 1923 home. The fully-customized space centers around our hand-crafted cabinetry, with luxury finishes that present a stunning contrast to the kitchen’s backdrop. The space showcases a thoughtful balance between the sleek white foundation, textured wood elements, glossy stone countertops, and polished metal accents. A Cinder Walnut accent is repeated throughout the space to create continuity, while the large kitchen island features a deep black finish topped with white stone and a dark walnut countertop.

The cabinetry showcases our Slim Madison cabinetry in a walnut veneer surrounded by a discreet hardwood edge for a defined look. The ceiling heights in the original house presented a challenge for our team, who tackled the angles by constructing a ventilation box that plays off of the varying heights. Finally, the addition of an intimate coffee bar in the lower cabinetry further showcases the future of cabinetry design while still maintaining a timeless aesthetic.
