To add warmth and style to this new build, Head of Design Bob Bakes and our greater team utilized contemporary-leaning elements balanced by more classic accents for a design that is both dramatically modern and timeless. With a goal to maintain function and comfort without compromising on style, our team sought to infuse a modern twist on our transitional style.

Border Emerson cabinetry in polished gloss gray is contrasted by a finished oak island to showcase a sophisticated mix of high gloss and matte accents. Around the perimeter, the kitchen cabinets provide ample storage with doors that function with little hardware while the hood is concealed behind the cabinetry to keep the sleek, minimalist look. Deep gray cabinet colors are made light and airy through softwood framing and white for an added element of comfort throughout the space.
